Set up the app: install the SIBIONICS app (App Store or Google Play) and create your account.
Apply: clean and dry a flat area on the back of your upper arm, then apply the sensor with its applicator exactly as shown in the instructions.
Pair: pair the sensor with the app and wait for the 1-hour warm-up to finish before relying on readings.
Replace: replace the sensor after 14 days. Do not reuse sensors.

Use as directed: do not reuse sensors. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for insertion and disposal.
Age: Indicated for adults aged 18 and over. For children and teenagers aged 3–17, use only after consulting a doctor, with a parent or guardian applying the sensor, operating the app and interpreting the readings.
Not for use: during pregnancy, on dialysis or when critically ill.

How long does one sensor last?

Each sensor can be worn for up to 14 days. Replace it after 14 days and do not reuse sensors.

Do I need to calibrate it or prick my finger?

No. The sensor is factory calibrated. After the 1-hour warm-up, readings are sent to the app every 5 minutes.

Which phones does it work with?

It works with the SIBIONICS app; iOS 16.5+ or Android 13+ with Bluetooth 5.0 is recommended.

Can I shower or swim with it?

Yes. It is rated IP28, waterproof up to 1 m for up to 1 hour.

Can I use it if I am pregnant or have an MRI planned?

It is not for use during pregnancy, on dialysis or when critically ill, and must be removed before an MRI or CT scan. Vitamin C and aspirin may falsely raise readings. Follow your doctor's plan.
