What is Healthana returns policy?

All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Before shipping your order, we do several levels of quality checks, eliminating any chances of counterfeit products.

Healthana offers its customers a simple returns policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request for a product within 7 working days of its delivery, in case of a damaged/missing/incorrect product.

Healthana will refund cash & card payment orders.

How do I return something to you?

In case of receiving a damaged/missing/incorrect product:

• Step 1: Email our Customer Service team at customerservice@healthana.co
• or whats app +973- 33282202 direct messages within 7 working days of receiving the order.

• Step 2: Provide us with your email, order number details and an image/video of the product for our reference.
  
  
• Step 3: Considering our policy above, we will organize for our courier to collect the faulty items within 2-7 working days. We will then initiate a credit note/voucher or a replacement once the products have been received in their original, unopened, and unsealed packaging.
