Supplement Facts

Bitter lemon flavour: sucrose, glucose, maltodextrin, acidity regulator citric acid, aroma, sodium citrate, stabiliser carrageenan, sodium chloride, acidity regulator malic acid, calcium gluconate, vitamin premix (L-ascorbic acid, DL-α-Tocopherol acetate, nicotinamide, D-calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), potassium gluconate, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and sulphur dioxide, magnesium citrate, flavouring naringin. The product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Recommended daily dosage

Recommended dosage: the dilution ratio for the ISOtonic drink is 35 g (a slightly heaped scoop) per 500 ml of water (osmolality 275 to 305 mOsm/kg). The dilution for the sport drink is 35 g per 750 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg).

Use: slightly heaped scoop = ca. 35 g. Mix with water according to the recommended dosage. Do not use mineral water. Once open store below 25 °C and consume within 2 months. Shake the package (bag) before use!
