Double layer tablets of Eladiet Good Night Melatonin allow the release of the active ingredients in two phases for better action.

Melatonin is a hormone that is produced by the human body during night and helps to regulate sleep and wake cycle. It is involved in maintaining the normal circadian rhythm (organism's biological clock) that plays a key role in normal sleep.

Melatonin helps reduce sleep time. It also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B3 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.*
