Melatonin is a hormone that is naturally produced in the pineal gland. This high dose formula contains 10 mg of Melatonin per serving.

Melatonin : - Other Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose (plant origin), crospovidone, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, silica.

No gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives.

Ashwagandha : - For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules one to two times daily, preferably with meals.

Melatonin : - For adults, take one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. This product is intended for short term, occasional use only. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
